He is an Engineer, businessman and entrepreneur. He has an extensive career in business development related to telecommunications, agriculture, real estate, energy and water treatment, which began in 1980 when he introduced the first mobile phone operation in Argentina and Uruguay and was a founder Of Movicom Bell South the first cellular company in Latin America, along with Bell South, Grupo Macri, BGH, Inteltech and Motorola. Later, he created the CTI, together with GTE, AT & T, AGEA (Grupo Clarin), Austral de Inversiones, Benito Roggio e Hijos, Morgan Grenfell of the Deutsche Bank Group and TCW. He then binded in Argentina’s telephony privatization process of the state-owned Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones Norte (ENTel) along with Bell Atlantic, Garfunkel and Aguila group. At the end of the 1990s, he joined with Hutchison Whampoa, resoponsible for setting up the first GSM network in Argentina, was formed. He is leading the expantion by ICondor in the Americas, Africa and Middle East.
